Lovely summer theater in the English Garden

Last Friday I was at the summer theater at the Amphitheater in the English Garden. 

The performances are regular and will take place on the following dates:

7th/8th * 13th/14th/15th * 20./21./22. * 27th/28th/29th July 2023

This season, they're playing Bunbury by Oscar Wilde.

The show are free, which is why they attract a large number of people. I recommend arriving a couple hours before the start time to get a good spot. To avoid boredom you can have a picnic on the grass while waiting for the play. The show is in German. 

The performance starts at 21:00 and lasts until midnight. Since it can get cool in the evening, it is better to bring warm clothes. They also recommend to bring a seat pad.

In case of rain, the performance takes place in the summer theater in the Mohr villa (Freimann).

I really enjoyed my time there! Texts, songs, costumes, actors and the atmosphere is amazing. It was delightful theater experience.
